Summer Trends

I know that summer is already halfway gone but I want to look back at what the summer trends were this year. For me it felt like a little bit of everything. It had the black & white trend which we saw coming up in the spring, but also the bohemian style. The i-don't-care how I look but spending hours trying to look like that look. Nothing really new more old, like vintage.

This is an example of the black & white trend mixed with the i-don't-care look we take fashion a step futher every day. You would never think of styling this skirt with a baseball sweater last year in the summer!

Review on essence nail polish corrector pencil

Today I'm going to do a review for you guys. It's on a very special nail polish 'tool' that I have never heard anybody talk about YET. So today is the day to do that. The review is about the nail polish corrector pencil from the brand essence. This product is supossed to be used after you have aplied your nail polish. It's meant to clean the corners of you nails on which you might have gotten some nail polish on. After you used the so called 'pencil' your nails will look perfectly polished! I actually bought this product the first time by accident. I was looking for a nail enhancer pencil and thought that this did that. It turned to be a nail polish corrector. No more trying to swipe nail polish remover on my cotton sticks I just take the pencil and it's all gone!

Now let's start with all the benefits of this product! It's very easy to use and it takes off any nail polish. It fits just like a pencil in your hand. It also comes with three refills as you can see at the back of the product.

And now the down sides of this product.. First of all as you can see the tip of the pencil gets dirty really fast. Secondly this product doesn't last forever and even the refills dry out after a month or 4. But the most disapointing is that in my country I haven't seen it for 5 years. It wasn't until my vacation in Italy that I spotted it in the racks. So you could say hard to get a hold of!

You could say that there are more down sides than up sides but that's not true! This product is amazing in with it's meant to do and for the price you just go buy a new one after 4 months it's only a few euros and it's really amazing. It has saved me a lot of time and now I don't take of too much nail polish anymore which was the problem I had with using cotton sticks.
